Title I Parental Involvement Plan

A plan for the involvement of Title I parents in the education of their child will be developed, reviewed yearly, and revised as appropriate to include the following:

  • Overview explaining the Title I program
  • Incorporate a Parent Advisory Committee and meet a minimum of twice during the year
  • A "Home-School Compact", which outlines how the students, parents maybe involved in the partnership with the school in improving the child's achievement
  • An annual meeting for Title I parents to review and receive input for possible revisions of the policy
  • Reasonable access to staff and school as well as ways to inform parents of student progress
  • Provide activities for parents to enable their children to increase academic achievement

An annual evaluation of the content and effectiveness of Title I Parental Involvement Plan will be conducted by the principal. Parents and teachers will be asked for input.
